 A:No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design
 
 Q2: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?
 A:Please don’t worry, generally our production time is 12- 14 days. for most item, we need 5-9 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.
 
 Q3: Can you make glitter, glow, epoxy items?
 A: Yes, we can.
 Q4: Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?
 A:Of course., we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order.Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
 
 Q5: Can I get a product sample?
 A:Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
