Q3. What is the time for sampling or mass production?
Normally, 5-7days for sample then 12-15days for mass production.If you are in urgent,pls contact our online staff .
Q4. What is the payment terms?
40% Deposit and balance 60% before shippment,we will take photo show details when goods ready.
Q5. Should I pay mold cost again once I re-order same design?
No you don't need to pay re-order design mold again, we can keep your mold around 5 years.
Q6. What would be the best product for the best price?
It depends of the artwork. The artwork will define which process will best fit your inquiry between “Printing” and “Stamping”. According to the artwork, And your budget we will then be able to make our best recommendation.
Q7. Can I get product samples?
Yes, Please contact us, Our existing samples are free, You just bear courier charge.If you need your design ,you just need to pay the mould fee and shipping fee is ok .
